I wouldn't be to sure about that, wim. Small Ag plant is already converting to electric - Ag bikess, pumps, utes etc, and all the big tractor manufacturers have been working to develop electric tractors for a while now. Given fossil fuel is one of, if not the biggest costs in food production the race is on to go electric. Heavy machinery might be the last cog in the works, but it will come.
