Many moons ago, I worked in the financial planning industry, and there was another planner I worked with who was a grade A flog, a real a'hole wh spouted off how he rated people higher if they had "more letters" beside their names MBA's etc. "his words"
Bitter/twisted/ etc. I reckon he was because he saw how many brickie's and tradie's etc. had millions more $$ than he did at the time. Its no measure of success/character at all, this I know.
The POS was recently done for bullying staff actually I found out on the grapevine, but has terrorized colleagues for decades causing loss of confidence/mental trauma for people etc. (all enabled by the original principal of the business).
