I think the Dolphin Mini looks better, I don't fancy Mitsubishi's chances, but good luck to them and their Japanese brethren.
Also, the EV buyer is prepared to pay more to avoid the chugging smelly poisonous fumes of a petrol car. I know you think the Mazda looks better, but it's an old-fashioned noisy stinking clunker compared to even an entry-level EV, if cleanliness and modernity are what you value in a car. As for price, we are still in a transitional phase, the low thirties for EV pricing will be a breakthrough, under $30 and under $20K will be something to aim for. Also, being categorically cheaper than an ICE car, I think they will get there.
