@Don93 it's not letting me reply to your post directly for some reason, but a few comments.
1) You're using quite high inputs for spod and hydroxide. Those are either at the top end or above the updated forecasts by pricing agencies. Try something more realistic like US$1.2k/t for spod and $15k hydroxide.
2) the US$450/t cost for spod seems really low and well below the current cost of production. Try something more realistic.
I suspect you've chosen these inputs to get a favourable outcome. Changing the above will have quite a detrimental impact to your valuation.
