In the weeks and months ahead, in fact sooner then many expected, there
is something additional that we will finally look forward too; namely, Quarterly
Earnings Statements. Numbers are being spoken about here related to lithium
prices many would have scoffed at as recently as six months ago. I write this
because some here might be beginning to have a problem with the current and
anticipated size of our market cap. However, we now need to begin to factor in
earnings growth, particularly earnings growth as this lithium shortage takes hold.

These Australian lithium miners will not soon forget how they were taken over the
hot coals related to pricing. I imagine the current negotiations taking place between
PLS and POSCO are now on a much better footing for Ken then they were a year ago.
This new found leverage will only become even stronger as the balance sheets of these
miners keeps improving through greater profitability.

These are the kind of factors that the BEOT's consider when determining whether or not
a company's market cap is overextended. All our factors are pointing up.
    Be safe.
