Good luck, but I sold my last AZZ for a nice profit. I'm out. Maybe it is a mistake, maybe it's not. I have my profit and the taxman too!
Why?
Well looking at the various factors including the market cap of the company, I see that it is about +/- $150 million with the AZZG issue and the performance rights, but not the listed options.
Cash has gone down and there is little possibility of any good cash flows this year even if the wells hit.
They have too hit a couple of very good wells to support the market cap and then it starts all over again - the famous ole treadmill which IMO AZZ new or old has yet to demonstrate that they can actually do -hit a producing well with more than 100,000 cu ft per day.
I see better value and prospects in the ole dog of a stock ARQ and several others from here.
