I think that Brian and co have done an amazing job over the last few years. 2 great acquisitions and engagement by big companies right from the start. I really like the strong component of consultancy at this stage of the business. Even though it offers lower margins than SAAS it is a foot in the door with plenty of potential SAAS customers.
K2F are consistently impressing their clients with their delivery and the economic relevance of internal and third party software offerings which seem to have little competition. Once they land a contract, the size of the deals increase over time and the relationships that they have established are strengthened. Now they are starting to increase their international exposure, cross sell and get in bed with more big players - energy, mining, infrastructure, govt. It sounds like a well considered plan to me. And all this from a company with a $15 million MC.
