I reckon " cheap labour" is bull###***** this is a smoke screen.
This thing is beginning to smell like another comoany dealing in another communist country years ago. One in which a high profile figure called "Neville Wran" was involved with !!!!! but amounted to nothing in the end!!!

The Russians took us all for a ride .....
involved/F- Studies/ Funding ..... all in place, yet delays... local courts/main govn... you name it... dragged on and on and on .... promises, promises
Then the Russians PULLED THE PLUG.... years of hard work by the company.... gone in a puff of smoke.....
as the kids would say "sucked in" !!!!!!!!!!!!
I reckon these people have similar genes to the Russians.
