My concern relates to influence and local family connections being able to delay the process substantially.
Also stuff we dont know about, there would be serious rogues at all levels of govt and private wanting there finger in this pie!
If you think local politics and BS cant cause great concern, check IRN, CXY even LYC.

I am holding, but the SP will continue to deteriorate imo until there is a + update on this. Very frustrating but cant afford to be out of it when the + ann comes, so much upside
