Yes, I agree, CEO news is a non event, but I dont see how the market sees 3% less value today compared with yesterday, but obviously it does. Nothing has changed with H1 figures and guidance since yesterday.
I can only conclude that certain holders dont want this getting above $11, and will continue pushing it back until such time as perhaps we get the next update from the company.
