    my sources indicate that a spin off of its gold and coal assets into 2 separate entities....

    all the bad news has been let out... nothing but upside from here.

    I just purchased 200,000 last week, taking my interest in this stock to just over 1,000,000 shares.

    so yes, I am prepared to put my money where my mouth is on this one....
