Ian, where did u get that info that someone is paying 100% premium. All the ann is saying that it now wants to sale 100% interest in Bankstown.

Centro Bankstown is currently being marketed for sale through experienced Australian real estate agents. The sale campaign is expected to run until early August 2008. If a satisfactory sale price is achieved, then allowing for a due diligence and notice period, the sale of the centre is expected to be finalised by late October 2008.
