If they sell the good centers to Businesses that do not want to manage it like, superannuation companies, overseas investors and such and keep the management rights it's a bonus.
Keeping the US assets is a clever idea as GR knows US market better than us. When the US bounces and Retail property recovers significantly that would be the time to reduce our exposure there IMO.
