The anti-fracking activists group campaign against Cuadrilla by exaggerating the risk, lies, and scaremongering disinformation on the dangers of earth tremors, waste, air pollution and cancer causing frack fluid. These issues and lie from the anti-fracking groups are dispelled now by the planner recommendation. We has always thought this is the biggest risk to the community (which are now recommended as acceptable by the Planner) and yet the refusal ground is on noise that is considered to be unacceptable to the 'amenity' of the couple of household some 300m away and on traffic (in a remote rural part of Lancashire). And these are use as excuse to deny a whole country of a new secured money saving source of energy from imported natural gas. You must be wondering if we English people and country consider this as a reasonable ground for refusal of a national important strategic new source of energy for a 'whole nation' then we must be gone numpty somewhere along the way on this debate. And if this is the case then let just keep import energy from elsewhere and continue to pay for subsidies on renewables from Scotland and rich land owners.
My opinion is that the LCC does not have the political will to overturn this and this issue will end up as an appeal in the high court.
