Seasons looking good and cow numbers up..... What would a dynamic management team do???? Keep pushing up cow numbers or start liquidating 15% or so of older cows before a bad season forces their hand.
or look for finishing blocks and feedlots ( or feed factories) in new districts to insure against next tough times.
what will they do in good times?
