Lol - hopefully not!
We've already got an unused facility, and they don't seem to want to grow the "leasehold" portion of their assets.
Reading all that, maybe there's some chance of Government assistance to get Livingstone back up and running, now that there's really only a small handfull of processing facilities in the tropics.
