    the reason I ask is that ACap Energy( ACB) is proposing a JV with Blackham Resources( BLK )for their cobalt. The price has frozen on 25.06 shortly after I started watching it. As a ACB shareholder I am wondering on the merits of a cobalt adventure for an uranium company. Please excuse my ignorance if there is an obvious explanation. Cheers
