Peter: did some quick research.
Efficiency:
Enerji has a "patented twin screw expander technology" for a turbine used in a Organic Rankine Cycle that is 40% more efficient than conventional ORCs. It's designed for medium temp gases (400-700C).
Global Geothermal covers low and medium temps but specialises in hot liquids. In medium temp gases, it claims to have the same 40% increase in efficiency over Rankine.
Implementation:
Afaik, Enerji has pre-fab boxes.
Global has a modular designs that are customised per site. Would expect it to be more expensive.
Business model:
Enerji rents it, so no up front costs. Management teams seems very switched on. Focus on power generation.
Global doesn't mention business model. Customisation would most likely mean up front costs. Don't know management. Focused on wide range of industries.
