The rights are for Australia, New Zealand, SE Asia and Africa. So Opcon has a very large slice of the world market.
Opcon (the Swedish mob) also own near 10% of ERJ.
I think the WAS design is more suited to Geothermal, not waste (but very limited research). Also the quoted efficency is over standard ORCs, not the Opcon Unit (which is about 95% efficent from presentations).
