    I could understand if the License was for a reactor...but to mine....why would they hold up the license.

    I would of thought completley differant area.

    I hate comparing but one comparison I can think of>

    Here in NZ you need a license to own a gun.

    Well that gun has the capability of killing someone.

    Do you not give a person the license due to that capability.

    Hey....I maybe off in a completley diff Tangent.

    Just my thougths.
