Springtree have been issued with 69,621,547 shares to date,not including their portion of the 17,602,741 issued on Tuesday. If they held 33,574,133 shares they would have issued a Substantial Holder Notice, obviously hold less if any now. The option expiration date for the 1,118,211 options issued to Springtree is the 12th of February, so truth be known they were probably issued their shares on the 12th (the start of the pump) not the 23rd of February.Money in the bank for PRR but the the PR sucks.omo
