Have one great tenant been there for 10 years, Painted the place inside twice, painted outside, the garden looks like a botanical gardens does all maintence for nothing. Could get about $130 a week more but never even had them ask for anything. No agent, money 2 months in advance all the time, I know we here a lot of hrror stories so here is a good one.
