It is not the Greens that are pushing this agenda, it was the Business Council of Australia.

Because it is the BCA, the government is finally doing something to address the problem.

Almost every single successful enterprise has happened without the government's support. Had it not been for Green opposition TNG would probably have been mining several years ago. The NT government has not neen able to move forward without Green approval - perhaps they can now with such strong support from Australians in general,
