Fully agree there Kingpins. Tenants need to be protected but so do owners. Once again those that do the right thing will be penalised because of the percentage that won't do the right thing.
Will be interesting to see what they class as vital maintenance as I can see this may be a potential minefield where someone will try an claim something as vital purely to get some compensation.
