The German Upper House of Parliament (Bundesrat) postulates higher feed-in tariff for CHP in current law amendment consultations. The German KWKG (CHP-law) is due for an amendment in 2012. The Bundesrat reacted on the draft bill by the Lower House (Bundestag) by askiing for a increased feed-in tariff (currently 5,5 Euro-cents). The Bundesrat now proposes 7 cents and in case the electrical efficiency is above 50% (looks like designed for CFU!) of 9 cents for 10 years.
If agreed upon then together with the additional subsidies for CHP-systems currently planned in several Bundes-States this sounds promising to me.
