Included in the announcement is the statement that "Viralytics will accept the FDA?s suggestions on these two items......". It sounds like VLA are simply taking the recommendation of the FDA. If these are the only two issues it is hard to imagine there could be any further delay (how could the FDA not be satisfied with info supplied if VLA have simply agreed with them).

On the other hand the announcement has reiterated that they can take up to another 30 days. Possible the FDA have given themselves another 30 days and can spend that time looking for other problems

May be being the eternal optimist - and I in a rush today - but I do not recall previous announcements mentioning the FDA may write to VLA removing the Clinical Hold. Maybe that is a good sign about VLA's optimism. Apologies if wrong on this point
