Assuming GE is not doing due diligence on themselves (), I would be amazed if they are still secretly in the back ground Dan Brown style working towards an equity stake in SLX. Occam's razor would suggest they are gone.
Still, good pick up on DD, Scaggs. It presumably means 2 entities that have been given security clearance/the nod by DOE. That bodes well.
