This whole NBN threat is in such a stalemate/mess.
I'd be surprised if anything happens at all this year with only 9 or 10 months until a Federal Election.
There are too many Telstra shareholders who ALP needs to keep on side.
The whole thing could blow over. (Here's hoping !)
