SIP sigma pharmaceuticals limited

good news, maybe...

It seems that even with the class action law suit and the negativity surrounding Sigma, Aspen have not formally withdrawn from the offer.

They are continuing their due dilligence, which imo, is telling me that they are still as interested in Sigma as the day they made the initial offer of 60c.

Sigma is stating they are "looking for ways in increasing shareholder value", I know all companies use this statement but one way or another I think our new CEO is up to the task. IMO i dont think we will be taken over for 60c a share, if t/o is to succeed it will need to be above 75c.

    just my thoughts.
