As far as I'm aware, the information about the Deed of Sale agreement for tenement E38/2274 was included in the Cosmo Gold Limited 2021 Prospectus (Section 11.5 / pg.134). I don't know what specific aspects of the agreement have been breached, however I'm keenly aware that your long-standing expectations for exploration drilling on tenement E38/2274 have not been met by DDD / ADG / Cosmo Gold Limited.
If you have discussions with Phil Ash (Cosmo Gold) sometime in the near future, I hope those discussions proceed well & that site drilling activities materialize in a timely manner going forward.
