I am a little confused with this and can only think that NKWE did not do a deal now is because they cannot satisfy IGC.

I sold prior to trading halt in the 50s (went the buy on rumour sell on fact), however, really thought I missed out once Xstrata come into the picture. I was also concerned that the announcement may have been a 'merger' of possibly 2 IGC for 1 NKWE, rather than a takeover......and no-one likes a merger.

Still, cannot understand this, and I'm very tempted to buy in again. May wait to see how it travels over the next day. I would say those driving the price based upon a takeover announcement are the ones dumping it.

Could present a buying opportunity. No doubt a deal will be done eventually.
For those that hold, I would be inclined to continue holding.
