Don't hold your breath Syil1204 , no listed company will go near LUSO whilst NLI has court proceedings in play , and at the very least NLI will be awarded damages for what they spent on drilling the resource plus court costs . if LUSO cant pay they will be liquidated and NLI will probably end up with the Sepeda Tenement as part payment from the liquidator
thats why i believe LUSO will sort out a compromise will NLI , they have no one else to deal with and the clock is ticking , if they do nothing the government will take the tenement off them , and then both parties end up with nothing , or the government as a goodwill gesture awards it to NLI
