It happened with the Tesla-REM deal in 2015 as well. There was a US based company that was also called RareEarthMinerals. Its shares went up by more then 1000% on the day of the news. The deal was with a UK based company. So I would not be surprised if some people made this error. Confusing the ASX Novo with the TSX Novo....
