The injunction is there to make sure granted tenements and applications do not simply expire in case Luso does nothing. But what is the likelyhood that Luso will let go of the Sepeda by letting it to expire given that Luso is drilling and wants to probably sell the tenements at higher price to another party or develop it?
I am pretty confident that Sepeda will not be allowed to expire by any of the parties and the litigation can then continue while NLI explores and develops the new areas. Any thoughts?
