The court must have notify DGEG about what is going on...if DGEG ignores the court and grants the licence, the court must have power to disolve it, plus that would be so obvious when all these things going on , granting licence would be so dodgy and shameful for Portugal name..i would be sending this news to international investment press, so people can be careful dealing with Portugal system, but i dont think, DGEG can be bribed and manipulated like that, i trust Portugal system will do the right thing, and there are higher officers who taking care of the international reputation of Portugal.
