In my opinion, court case loss is already factored in current share price.
If NLI does not win, share price will fall 10 - 15% maximum further just to display sentiment.
This is based on my analysis on other Lithium Explorer companies share prices. Everyone has run up very high except NLI; also NLI will try to compensate any bad news on Court case with other Tenements positive news update.
Compared to downside, I believe there is more upside in NLI Share Price even if worst case scenario eventuates.
