I agree davidvestor, but if the court case was to fail - then the uncertainty is gone.
Perhaps investors should see it this way:
We already have $17m (less court costs) and two very good tenements and no uncertainty. nli looks pretty cheap already with a mkt cap of $24m with that.
Then add that there is a possible huge extra upside with a court case win.
