I think it will take time to clear the air. if no one willing to come to the table and talk it over, it might get protracted for a while (appeals and counterclaims). The thing is we have to make too much a risky assumption here, which I m not prepared to, there are other opportunities somewhere else.
However, I do see NLi going much higher from here if the court case can be resolved to NLi favour (vice versa). but now, it is more like a gamble to me rather than an informed investment decision. GLTAH.
