good news on way

Logic would suggest since CSM first indicated a possible transaction with a third party in October and then issued another statement on December 6th saying it was still going on combined with the volume and price movement, that's it's a bit more than speculation going here. In fact if some people don't already know what is going on I would be extemely suprised. It's not to say it will be a takeover but a fair bet it will be a significant transaction given the time it has taken and the major positions taken by company directors over the past couple of months.
