they bought it for about $32.5m in march 2011, but you would need to track through their financials since then to know of any adjustments to book value, cash and assets etc etc. So could be a $10m loss roughly? I'd suspect the market will look at that as a non cash event, and blame it on somebody who is no longer there, as is the usual corporate way.
