    They might have noticed the latest investor and waterfall reports for the ZMT. It would appear Zip is focusing on growing the ZipMoney bit faster than the ZipPay bit in AU/NZ. This is at the expense of larger balances, slower turnover and higher arrears than the same period last year... also the proportion of ZipPay accounts with balances over $1000 increased while credit limits over $1000 decreased. If they have the right settings for credit quality and fees, the ZipMoney unit economics are probably better in my opinion, but the jury is out still.

    More likely is just a reaction to the headlines about regulation and not much deep analysis of it (again just an opinion without much deep analysis)
