I think CSS are very optimistic but are erring on the side of caution so as not to leave themselves exposed should there be a hiccup. This is a risky business and there are significant hurdles still to overcome. But they have achieved much already and have a track record of overcoming hurdles....they grow more confident of achieving their ultimate goal as each milestone passes. I'm expecting the next 2 years to be break even with some cap rasings if the SBT programe continues to progress. Just my opinion.
