We have waited years. Spent tens of millions drilling endlessly, produced a solid DFS and obtaining all the permits required to start mining. Our project being next door to the proven high quality GK AMG mine. We have painfully been calling this box ticking...

Shareholders over time have de-risked the project.

And now we are the ones paying a prolonged 11% interest rate (When we were told the project would be around 5-6%).

JHT is slowly making Triton more vulnerable.

Shareholders taken for a ride again.

Where in any announcements from the company has it said interest rate on loans to be 6 per cent?

As for the deal, shareholders voted overwhelmingly for the deal. Had shareholders been told the deal would take at least 6 months to complete and Jinan would have to fund ton with a 11 per cent interest rate loan, I'm sure more would have voted against it
