Excuse me but per usual you put out crap likes it is truth. when MCP was profitable 90% of there La and CE product was going to WR Grace for catalyst made in the US Unfortunately Smith was a Jerk and when Grace asked for Lower prices he said I am already below China and that's it. Even barged about his shrewdness in a meeting. Little did he know that China was offering WR Grace and many Japanese companies Very low prices if they moved operations to China. Grace like some Japan manufactures took china up on it and ultimately suffered.
