Now that is positive news, thnx, the DoD demonstrates some independence from the political class, and the final tender will be decided on merit, and good indication the major LRE tender will be decided in the same way next few weeks.
Given the quality & cost of Lynas by-product SEG/HRE, available right now, they'd have to start at considerable advantage.
Particularly has they already have an existing ROW customer base, something that has totally alluded MtP since last century.
