Correct me if I'm wrong but aren't we all waiting for these two companies (Cape & Team) to come up with the finance for the last 8 months (the last time NDO gave another 3 months and reserved the right to make a deal with anyone else interested). It seems to me that there are no other interesed body that could be looked at and we are stock with the 2 orignals and perhaps a 3rd(?). This annoncement still gives these companies till end of May to come up with fund. If they couldn't (like in the past) then what back to square 1?
