Should read 15% of the indicated RESOURCE.
For clarity, last I checked only 15% of the reported resources were in the measured category. The balance was largely indicated resource. You need measured resources to calc. a proven reserve.
Believing the spin the company puts out has lost me $$ in the past.
In any case, count me out on building this.
