The crux of your Hartley's fudging their CVN valuation figures (by some 0.65c) based solely on what POEs 48m shares are worth on the TRX is a situation that is not going to change by a long winded back and forth typing session. It would be somewhat like trying to reason with Mohamed Fayed that there actually was "no conspiracy".

However I don't think any serious investor having studied all CVNs releases would honestly believe CVN has a real value of 0.50c. Let alone that the Hartleys valuation report at $1.15 was little more than a "smick numbered swindle" because of Hartleys being paid to raise cash !!!

Nothing wrong with having a conservative approach. Its my No1 priority when facing the cold hard reality of investing my hard earnt money on the ASX. I'm an investor not a trader so the vast majority of my portfolio are 20+ year old investments that have donated me a very comfortable existence. As for CVN the Aus maket sees it at 0.75c where my conservative valuation has it at a today value of around the 0.90c range. This is far closer to Hartleys $1.15 and the markets 0.75c than it is to your 0.50c.
