Imo the fiscal regime in Thailand is the main reason. It starts off mild but gets very serious as the profitability increases. Therefore in actual fact the rise in the poo should have a very muted effect on CVN's sp, as should further news from the NSE licence area.
Both from considering the above, and from the comparatively static sp for POE recently, what should be baffling me is the recent sharp rise in CVN's sp - it doesn't because I know CVN punters are largely a fickle momentum mob.
Longterm CVN sp will justifiably be higher imo, but that will largely be when they have substantial production and reserves outside the NSE permit (or a collosal amount inside it). For now, a little overbought imo.
