no i am not saying that.

i am saying that when aws relists it will most likely need to raise cash. i believe that aws for example will raise 500 miilion at .5cents and therefore have 1billion shares on issue. 500 million odd already(existing holders) plus 500 million new shares. company will then have 1billion shares on issue and relist with 2 million odd cash, no debt, no t and i , still have h and h, throw in a water deal that is close to announcing, get backers behing it that are waiting in the wings, ascot people who are burnt buying on market and bang sp is back to 1cent in a flash. personally i think there is initial pain that gives massive long term gains to holders
